Policies, Terms & Conditions 

Payment Policy

All orders require 100% nonrefundable payment upfront before any design work begins.

• After your request is submitted, it will be reviewed. If approved, you’ll receive a custom invoice or payment link via email or text.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of approval. Unpaid requests will be canceled and must be resubmitted.

• No files or proofs will be shared until payment is received and confirmed.

 Designing Policy

• Please provide a clear, detailed vision for your design. Unclear or constantly changing directions can delay delivery and result in extra charges.

• GlideSuite Graphics is not responsible for misalignment in vision due to vague requests or lack of communication.

• Projects outside our scope or brand alignment may be declined.

Turnaround Time Policy

• Turnaround time is 7–14 business days from the date full payment AND all required materials are received.

• Timelines may vary depending on complexity and workload. You’ll be notified if more time is needed.

Rush orders are $100 flat and must be approved and paid via Apple Pay, Cash App, or other listed methods before work begins.

Revisions Policy

• Each design includes three (3) free revisions.

• Additional revisions are $15 each and must be paid before further edits begin.

• Revisions may extend turnaround time depending on when feedback is received.

Approval + Delivery Process

• Once all materials and payment are confirmed:

1. A draft will be delivered within your quoted timeframe.

2. You’ll have 7 business days to submit feedback or revisions.

3. Final files will be delivered via email after approval.

• Files are only stored for 7 days after delivery. Resends or post-delivery edits after this period may incur a fee if able to be conducted.

Ghosting Policy

• If there is no response within 7 days, your project will be closed and payment forfeited. A new form and payment are required to rebook.

Respect Policy

• GlideSuite Graphics maintains a professional and respectful environment. Rude or disrespectful behavior will result in project termination without refund.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that violate our boundaries or policies.

 Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made and/or work has begun.

• Refunds are not granted due to subjective dissatisfaction. Design is a collaborative process — clear communication is key!

Terms Are Subject to Change

• These terms, policies, and fees may change at any time without prior notice.

• The most current version will always appear on the GlideSuite Graphics intake form or website.
